Competitive curling is active across Southwestern Ontario throughout the winter season. SWO Sports focuses exclusively on competitive play, including bonspiels, provincial qualifiers, and championship pathways governed by Curling Ontario and Curling Canada.
Governing Bodies
Competitive curling in Ontario is governed by Curling Ontario (CurlON), which operates under Curling Canada. CurlON publishes official competition calendars, qualifier structures, and championship pathways for men’s, women’s, mixed, doubles, seniors, and youth divisions.
Southwestern Ontario Competitive Curling Clubs
Several Southwestern Ontario curling clubs regularly host or participate in competitive events sanctioned by Curling Ontario. These clubs publish event listings and host bonspiels that attract competitive teams from across the province.
